There is a key safe so guests can obtain a key and gain access at any time.

Guests must indicate their arrival and departure times to coordinate check-in and check-out times. If guests stay beyond the agreed check-out time, they will be charged an additional night at the average nightly rate.

The cleaning fee includes cleaning and preparation of the premises for guests' stay, as well as a set of fresh linen and towels provided for each guest. The price includes one set for the entire stay. Additional towels or bed linen are available upon request. There is a charge of GBP 30.00 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.

Any parties, gatherings or events are strictly prohibited. The cottage is intended for guests only. This cottage is located in a residential area and guests are asked to avoid excessive noise or any activity that may disturb neighbors. If any parties or events or noise is reported, guests may be required to vacate the hotel immediately without a refund for the remaining nights. If any evidence of a party, meeting or event is found there will be a charge of GBP 500.00, excluding any costs associated with damage or additional cleaning costs to bring the premises back into order.

Guests are required to keep the premises reasonably clean and tidy: do not leave dirty dishes or excess trash, as this is not included in the cleaning price. If the property is very dirty or untidy, or if there is too much trash to be removed, guests will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and in all external areas (including gardens, balconies, terraces and patios) of the property. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a charge of GBP 150.00.

Pets are not allowed.

Lost keys, damaged keys or lockouts will incur a replacement fee of GBP 100.00 per replacement depending on the type of key and the time required to return guests to the house if the door is locked.

Cash payments will not be accepted for any of the costs mentioned above.
