Guests planning to arrive outside reception opening hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and safety deposit box information. Guests will be greeted upon arrival by reception staff. The cardholder must present the credit card used to make the reservation along with an appropriate government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Guests will receive an email from the property informing them that a deposit is required for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking. The deposit is due by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours of booking.
