منذ أكتوبر 2017، يطلب من جميع مالكي الطائرات الرباعية وغيرها من الطائرات بدون طيار تسجيل أجهزتهم لدى اللجنة الوطنية للتلفزيون والإذاعة في تايلاند (NBTC). في حالة انتهاك الأمر، ينص القانون التايلاندي على عقوبة تصل إلى خمس سنوات في سجنًا و/أو غرامة تصل إلى 100 ألف باهت (حوالي 3 آلاف دولار أمريكي).

قد يتم تطبيق رسوم حفل عشاء إلزامية في الفنادق التايلاندية. يجب على الضيوف الاتصال بالفندق مباشرة للحصول على مزيد من المعلومات.

بموجب الإجراءات الجديدة للهجرة، اعتبارًا من 1 مايو 2025، يجب على جميع المواطنين الأجانب الذين يدخلون تايلاند جوًا أو برًا أو بحرًا إكمال نموذج بطاقة الوصول الرقمية التايلاندية (TDAC) عبر الإنترنت على الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي لمكتب هجرة تايلاند قبل ثلاثة أيام من الوصول.

Please note that electricity and water supply fees will be deducted from the security deposit. Below are rates:

-Electricity fee is THB 7 per electrical unit

-Water supply is THB 100 per stay

Please note that cleaning services are performed twice a week. Please inform Kata Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of THB 5000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
