To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Starting January 1, 2025, this property does not provide disposable personal items, such as comb, loofah, shaver, nail file, and shoe mitt. Guests can access a nearby hot spring, located 400 meters away.

• Hot springs access available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• One child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
