Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort. Child Policy: Children below 5 years stay free of charge on existing bedding. Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% on meal rates only on existing bedding. This is not included in your current price and needs to be paid directly to the property upon arrival. Children of age 12 or more are considered adults.
