The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 10 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 10 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

Know Before You Go

• Pool access available from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• One child 4 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
• This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).

• New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per child: EUR 45.00 (from 3 to 11 years old)
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 1.53 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
