All rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults, plus children in bunk beds.

The outdoor hot tub with air massage is open from May to September. The outdoor tub is open year-round; guests should check the price upon check-in.

Accommodation with pets: only small breed dogs are allowed and for an additional fee. Cats are not accepted.

Accommodation rules apply on the territory of the hotel:

— Only the agreed number of guests can stay in the house and on the premises day and night. The hotel does not provide services for guests during the day.

— The use of pyrotechnics and bonfires is prohibited in the house and on the premises.

— It is necessary to keep silence in the area from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.

— Fire regulations must be observed. Smoking and the use of open fire is forbidden in the house. The activation of sensors is a violation of the fire regulations.

— Only charcoal may be used on the barbecue, wood is not suitable.

— The hotel does not encourage excessive consumption of alcohol. The hotel may ask guests to leave.

— In case of loss or breakage of property, compensation will be required.

Respect of these rules will guarantee the return of the deposit.

After booking, a rental contract will be signed and passport details will be required.

In order to make a decision about the possibility of renting the house, the guests will be asked to provide information about the composition of the guests (age, relationship, purpose of the visit).

An additional seat is provided for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 per day.
