The rooms of the categories Classic Double Room with Balcony and Sea View and Suite with Balcony and Sea View have classic and French type balconies. The type of balcony when booking these rooms is not guaranteed.

Guests are required to pay in advance. Free cancellation is possible at least one week before the arrival date.

For reservations made at non-refundable rates, a prepayment of 100% will be charged. When canceling a booking, the prepayment is not refundable.

Children under 3 years stay free of charge in a room with their parents with an extra bed and breakfast (if it is included in the room rate).

Cost of placement on additional places:

Children 3-12 years — RUB 1200.00 per day, breakfast rate;

Children 3-12 years — RUB 2500.00 per day, half board;

Adults and children from 12 years — RUB 1800.00 per day, breakfast rate;

Adults and children from 12 years — RUB 2500.00 per day, half board;

Before arrival, guests are required to make a prepayment in the amount of the cost of 1 night's stay to 100% of the booking cost. The hotel administrator will contact the guest after booking and provide information about the amount of prepayment and cancellation conditions. Prepayment must be made via bank transfer.

For hotel guests there are special rates for visiting the Primorsky Park spa center.

The hotel offers a sauna. The service is included in the price for guests staying from October 1 to May 12 (the sauna is closed from May 13 to September 30).

For the breakfast + dinner fare: breakfast is a buffet, dinner is a set menu (a choice of two options).
