Upon request, a children's kit is provided, including a bed, a feeding chair, a baby pot for an additional fee of RUB 300.00 per night. On request, for an additional fee, there are: high chair: RUB 150.00 per day, baby potty: RUB 50.00 per day.

Upon check-in, a final cleaning fee is taken, which is not included in the total price and is paid additionally.

Accounting documents are provided upon request.

Smoking and noisy parties are prohibited.

Apartments are not rented to persons under the age of majority.
