Upon check-in, a rental agreement is concluded, a passport is required.

For violation of the rules of residence, fines and/or deductions from the deposit are provided:

- Transfer of rental rights to third parties is prohibited

- It is prohibited to violate the rules and regulations for the use of residential premises, the maintenance of a residential building and local area, or to violate sanitary standards and fire safety rules

- It is prohibited to use the premises for any events, parties, holidays, birthdays

- It is prohibited to violate the legal norms of silence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM local time

- It is prohibited to carry out reconstruction and redevelopment of residential premises

- It is prohibited to live with pets or pets without approval

- Smoking is prohibited in residential premises

- It is prohibited to inform the tenant about identified property defects and emergency or emergency situations some time after the fact of the incident has been discovered

For each action there is a fine of 5000.00 RUB.

In the event of damage or destruction of the residential premises or the property located in it, the guest is obliged to compensate the tenant for the damage caused in full based on the submitted supporting documents.

In the case of using a large number of dishes located in the living room, the guest independently brings them to the proper condition in which they were before use, that is, the guest independently washes the used dishes. The cost of the additional service “Washing dishes” is 1000.00 RUB.

Prices for additional linen: 1 complete set - 1900.00 RUB, pillowcase - 200.00 RUB, sheet - 500.00 RUB, duvet cover - 810.00 RUB, large towel - 400.00 RUB, medium towel - 300.00 RUB, small towel - 200.00 RUB, kitchen towel - 100.00 RUB .

In case of damage or loss of linen, a fee will be charged in the amount of:

- 1 complete set 3500.00 RUB

- pillowcase 350.00 RUB

- sheet 1500.00 RUB

- duvet cover 2000.00 RUB

- large towel 650.00 RUB

- medium towel 450.00 RUB

- small towel 350.00 RUB

- kitchen towel 150.00 RUB

Guests will be charged an increased deposit for arrivals on New Year's Eve.

Check-in with animals: only calm dogs of small breeds are allowed. Accommodation with a pet must be arranged in advance. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. The additional cleaning fee is RUB 2000.00.
