Russian citizens: international Russian passports and driver's licenses are not accepted. Birth certificates must be presented for all Russian children (aged under 14) at check-in. If a Russian relative or legal guardian (rather than a parent) is traveling in Russia with a child under 14, that relative or legal guardian is also required to present documentation certifying authority to accompany child at check-in. Foreign citizens: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card at check-in.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out. Pets: the deposit for dogs and cats weighing up to 10 kg is RUB 5000.00, for pets weighing more than 10 kg, the deposit amount should be specified. The deposit is refunded after the employee receives the number.

Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability).

A mandatory registration fee for foreign citizens is charged at this property. We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.

Bathrobes are provided for a fee of RUB 150.00.

There is no kettle in the rooms, a kettle is available on request.

The hotel provides a business lunch.

When booking a half board rate for a child under 13 years of age, dinner is added to the rate in the amount of RUB 540.00 per guest per day, in excess of the amount indicated in the booking confirmation and is payable upon check-in.
