The deposit is paid after check-in, but no later than the check-in date. Payment is made by bank transfer through the fast payment system via the electronic service. The deposit is returned after cleaning and no later than 24 hours after check-out. The deposit is returned in full, subject to compliance with the rules of residence and the absence of material damage.
