Upon check-in, a security deposit is required for the safety of property and compliance with the rules of residence.

For violations of the rules of residence: smoking, parties, noise complaints from neighbors — the deposit is not returned.

For damage and loss of property — the calculation of compensation for damage from the pledge is made at the current market value.

After making a reservation, the guest must contact the property to confirm the time and method of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Check-in and check-out are available around the clock by prior arrangement.

Parking requires reservation and is available next to the house for an additional fee, subject to availability.

When staying with a pet, a pet fee (depending on the type) and an anti-allergic cleaning fee: RUB 10,000.00 are required.

It is possible to organize a transfer by appointment.
