Contactless check-in is provided. A detailed self-check-in guide is sent 24 hours prior to arrival. After making a prepayment, guests must contact the property. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.

An additional sleeping space in the form of a sofa bed is available for one child under the age of 10.

The property is accessible by private car or public transport. Nearby public transport stops provide access to the airport and the railway station. From Adler Airport, guests can take a taxi directly to the property or travel by the Lastochka train to Sochi Railway Station. From the station, a taxi or buses No. 105 and No. 105c can be taken to the "Sberbank" bus stop, located near the property. The train departs from the airport terminal and arrives at Sochi Railway Station, from which the property can be reached via a short walk along Navaginskaya Pedestrian Street.

Two entrances lead to the property’s floor. The main entrance operates during the daytime, while a side entrance with stairs is available for 24-hour access. A video guide for entry is provided before arrival.
