There is a remote check-in system. Instructions with codes will be sent after making a deposit and signing the contract. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

The price of accommodation for 2 guests includes 1 set of bed linen. The cost of the additional set is RUB 1000.00.

The property is non-smoking. In case of tobacco odor, the deposit is retained in full.

Pets are prohibited.

Events and parties are prohibited.

It is prohibited to make noise from 09:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

It is prohibited to use pyrotechnics in the apartment, on the loggia and in the entrance.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to check in.

Mandatory conditions for check-in are:

-Conclusion of an agreement

-Making a refundable security deposit (returned after cleaning, subject to the safety and absence of damage to the property). It can be changed at the discretion of the administrator.

- Guests over 24 years of age are allowed to check into the accommodation facility in accordance with the agreement concluded upon check-in.

- Payment for final cleaning.

The check-in manager works until 09:00 PM. Guests have to receive instructions before 09:00 PM, after which they can check in at any time.

The number of guests for which payment has been made can be accommodated.

Failure to comply with the rules of residence may result in refusal of check-in or early eviction without refund.

Minors can only stay with a family. Groups of guests are not accepted.

There is free outdoor parking in the courtyard of the house, and there is also a paid parking on the territory of the shopping center nearby. Upon request, the landlord can send information about parking.
