If guests stay per day, no city tax is charged.

In rooms with bathroom on the floor, the guest pays a security deposit in the amount of RUB 1000.00 in cash or by credit card.

When staying in rooms of the highest category (studios, apartments), the guest pays a security payment (security deposit) in the amount of RUB 5000.00 in cash or by bank card.

Upon departure, the Guest is obliged to hand over the number to the maid on duty or to the reception service administrator. After the room is accepted, the security payment (security deposit) is returned to the guest in the same way as it was accepted. If damage is detected during the delivery of the room, the administration of the hotel complex decides to offset the entire amount of the security payment (security deposit) or part of it against the payment of damage.

Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and migration card upon arrival.

Please note that Russian citizens are required to present their national passport upon check-in. When placing children under the age of 14 inclusive, their birth certificates must be provided. Guests under the age of 18 must have written consent from one of their parents to stay at the hotel.

Accommodation in the room with pets is possible strictly by prior agreement with the administration of the hotel complex upon presentation of a veterinary passport with valid vaccination marks. An additional fee of RUB 300.00 per day for each pet is charged. The hotel does not provide pet care products. Pets are the responsibility of their owners.

Baby cots are available upon request. Guests must contact the hotel in advance.

Only one child under 7 years old can be accommodated free of charge in all rooms without extra bed. At the same time, meals and additional services are paid separately.

Early check-in and late check-out are available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.

Mir bank cards are accepted for payment.

After booking a room at a rate payable at the hotel, the hotel will provide guests with detailed payment instructions, including a link to a secure payment platform.
