Villa Agua

Please inform Villa Agua in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the 30% of the total amount charged on the day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. Villa Agua will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer up to 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that Internet service is available, upon request, and is charged EUR 25 per week. Up to two children under 2 years can be accommodated on a cot/crib and will be charged EUR 7.50 per person per night. One older child or adult can be accommodated on an extra bed and will be charged EUR 15 per night.
