The front desk is open until 20:00.

Hotel fee includes energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) and the first supply of bed linen. Change of bed linen is every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights.

In case of check-in after 08:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions and the release of the key box code for the collection of the key. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. In case of communication failure check-in is not guaranteed and a supplement of EUR 50.00 may be required.

In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer). City tax to be paid on site in cash.

Pets allowed (max 25 kg) excluding common areas, EUR 30.00 for additional cleaning, per pet.

Transfer: Cagliari airport/port EUR 115.00 per car 1/3 pax; EUR 155.00 per car for 4/8 pax. From 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM surcharge of 20%. Prices are per way.
