Check-in starts at 06:00 PM until 10:00 PM on Sundays and public holidays. Guests can check-in until 12:00 AM, as the team is available at the property.

However, any check-in requests before 06:00 PM or after 10:00 PM are subjected to an additional charge of HKD 200.00 per person. After 12:00 AM, there is no staff present at the property, and guests are requested to check in the next day during regular check-in hours.

• Social distancing measures are in place; staff at the property wear personal protective equipment; periodic temperature checks are conducted on staff; temperature checks are available to guests; guests are provided with hand sanitizer; masks are required in public areas.
