The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. If you or the room guests are classified as preliminary or confirmed case during the stay, additional fees for third-party professional deep cleaning and disinfection treatment will be charged.

Foreign guests will be charged a deposit of HKD 1000.00 per stay per room, for others – HKD 500.00
