The hotel's spa area will be closed from July 16 to July 19, 2025 inclusive.

Breakfast is included in the price only for the main guests — 1 or 2 adults. Room prices are indicated only for single and double occupancy. Children under 2 years old are accommodated free of charge, children from 2 to 6 years old are accommodated for a fee, breakfast for them is included in the price of accommodation.

For children over 6 years or additional guests old, breakfast is paid extra upon arrival, accommodation for children from 6 years old is paid at full cost.

When booking rooms at the hotel, payment is possible in cash, with a MIR plastic card, Visa/Mastercard issued outside the territory of the Russian Federation.

All rooms have a city view.

If guests book a room with a balcony, then it is necessary to inform the hotel 1 — 3 days before arrival. The number of such rooms is limited.

Accommodation with pets is possible only by prior agreement. Accommodation for one pet is paid in the amount of USD 40.00. Additional charges may be charged for additional costs or damages.

The pool is open to both hotel guests and non-registered guests: membership card required.
