بناءً على قرار مجلس وزراء جمهورية أبخازيا بتاريخ 13 أكتوبر 2023 رقم 106 "بشأن الموافقة على إجراء تسجيل المواطنين الأجانب والأشخاص عديمي الجنسية في أماكن الإقامة المؤقتة في جمهورية أبخازيا"، الذي دخل حيز التنفيذ في 1 يناير 2024، يخضع المواطنون الأجانب للتسجيل في أماكن الإقامة المؤقتة.

عند الإقامة في منشآت لها شهادة مطابقة للمعايير صالحة، يتم تنفيذ التسجيل من تاريخ الوصول.

عند الإقامة في منشآت أخرى، يجب تنفيذ التسجيل بعد 14 يومًا من تاريخ دخول جمهورية أبخازيا.
