I am embarrassed that I didn’t write this review sooner. My husband and I stayed in a two bedroom Solaire Villa for 8 nights in May. We travel frequently and Solaire was, by far, one of the most unique and memorable experiences.  Completely private Villa with daily housekeeping services. The Villa’s and location are stunning. I was so impressed by the attention to detail! They thought of everything when they designed this property. Anguilla is one the most beautiful locations in the world. I highly recommend visiting, if you do, check out Solaire! You won’t regret it!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Hidden gem in Anguilla

I come here every other year with my family and it never disappoints.  The accommodations feel like architectural digest meets island tranquility.  It is so beautiful and private and quiet.  My kids love exploring the shells and rocks and have usually had luck finding a resident pet turtle to hang out with.  The full kitchen and laundry bring the conveniences of home.  I highly recommend booking a massage out on the deck under the stars.  Absolute heaven!  

My favorite place to stay

Our trip to Anguilla was the trip of a lifetime!  My husband and I heartily agree with the many other reviewers: Anguilla has gorgeous weather, sparsely-populated sandy white beaches,  fun beach bars, great Reggae music, outstanding restaurants, and top-notch, friendly service everywhere on the island.  But the highlight of our trip was our Villa at Solaire. 

We vacationed with four family members at Villa #1 (the premier villa).  The view from the villa is breathtaking!  We thoroughly enjoyed the well-appointed patio and private infinity pool overlooking the beach and St. Martin (across the Anguilla Channel).  The window wall separating the patio area from the kitchen/living great room opened completely, affording us obstruction-free enjoyment of the stunning view.  Two grand bedrooms upstairs feature outdoor showers and two more bedrooms are included in the private apartment downstairs.

The rental included cleaning, grocery, and laundry services provided by fabulous staff.  Jeanie, Diana, and Burton checked in on us each day ensuring that we had everything we needed, and gave us recommendations of things to enjoy on the island.

The kitchen included essential tools and equipment (and clean-up service), allowing us the choice of cooking some of our own meals.  We also treated ourselves to a superb dinner prepared by a personal chef.

My husband and I have traveled extensively and believe this is the finest place we have ever visited. In conversations with other visitors, we seemed to be the only ones vacationing in Anguilla for the first time.  Everyone comes back.  We can certainly understand why.   We hope that we too will return to this memory-making location.  



Trip of a Lifetime!

My husband and I stayed in Villa 4 (one bedroom) and were thrilled with our choice!!! Connor Chew set us up for success. I appreciated and trusted his input from the start. I initially reached out about Meads Bay Beach Villas. After speaking with me and learning about what matters to us when we travel, he felt Solaire would be a better fit and was absolutely right!!! We were thrilled!!!

We loved the private and peaceful location, windswept terrain, constant and refreshing breeze, mesmerizing view of the water and St. Martin, breathtaking sunrises from both patio and beach, pelicans frequently flying past, downpours that gave way to magnificent rainbows, full moon and star gazing each night and SO much more!

Distilled down accommodation highlights … private dipping pool enjoyed during day and night, large bedroom, luxurious and comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom, spacious and very private outdoor shower with rain head and hot water, separate HVAC unit in bedroom for best travel sleep ever, well appointed and roomy kitchen (never cooked a meal but used it often), wall of sliders that opened living room up to a covered section of patio with sitting area, second patio area with loungers to soak up the sunshine and guest privileges at Meads Bay Beach Villas.

The staff at Solaire was amazing! We were grateful for a bright sunny good morning from Burton to start each day, a broad smiled and reassuring good evening from our security nighthawk Dudley to end it and the kindness and hard work of everyone one else in between. A special thanks to Joan and Cheryl who graciously and capably tended to the finer details of our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more welcoming, genuine, attentive yet unintrusive support while we were there.

One of the best compliments I can give is that we were always grateful and excited to return back to our lovely, safe villa after a full day of adventures … and know there were even more magical memories to be made there before we eventually succumbed to sleep. It was our first time there but definitely won’t be our last!

Magical slice of heaven

Fabulous views, peaceful and private space at Solarie. A short drive to restaurants, entertainment, and many snorkeling spots.   Staff very helpful. Driving is easy, easy to find  great live music. Hard  to leave this place. 

Tranquility 

Just amazing. Beautiful accommodations on a private beach with amazing views! The location is convenient to everywhere. The staff are so nice and will go out of their way to make sure your vacation is perfect. An extra special thank you to Joan for all she did for us during our stay in Feb. We will be back again and again!
But please return the washers and dryers to the villas!

Relaxing Awesomeness!

How lucky we were to be together on this beautiful island in this beautiful accommodating island villa! We were lucky enough to be in Villa 1 which always started my day on the deck watching the sun rise over the most picturesque unobstructed ocean view!🥰
These villas provide everything for a fabulous stay!
We were lucky for this stay being our second time to Anguilla! 
The friendly staff are always there if needed and you also have your privacy and own personal space with the private pool to the private beach where you can snorkel or enjoy the view! Grocery stores and restaurants are just down the road whether you want to eat out or eat in!:)
This is one of the best vacations we’ve ever been on

Life friends together in Paradise at Solaire!!

First trip to Anguilla and we are totally spoiled.  Villa accommodated 4 couples in luxurious style.  Breath taking views from lanai and infinity pool of nearby St. Maarten, Anguilla channel,villa's private beach, and amazing nightime skies. Service was excellent catering to all our needs .

Caribbean Bliss

I felt relaxed the minute I walked into our villa at Solaire, if you “want to get away from it all” THIS is the place ! Everything I needed for my perfect getaway, my own splash pool and beautiful view and the room is amazing !!!! I had never been on an island vacation and if I imagined it in my head Solaire is it. We were greeted when we pulled up by Cheryl who was a sweetheart and soon after met Joan who was amazing and quickly I felt like family. I’m still on cloud 9 from staying at Solaire and I’ve been home for almost a month !

Paradise found !

My family and I have been visiting Anguilla for the past 20 years. This was our first time staying at Solaire. What an amazing experience. From booking with Connor until checkout everything went perfectly smooth. Our two bed room villa was extraordinary from the modern design, high ceilings, large bath rooms with beautifully designed walk-in showers floor to ceiling  glass doors that open up to the most magnificent plunge pool and views of Saint Martin and only the 30 steps to the most magnificent private  beach for snorkeling and hanging all day. The staff was amazing and so accommodating just tell them what time you want your Villa cleaned and it will be done with immaculate care and always with a smile. We’ve been going to Anguilla so long we consider ourselves locals and let me tell you this is a find!!
