Luanda

The Hotel was very unhelpful. For everything you would ask, they made excuses. The toilet wasn't clean. I had made a mistake to book an extra night but they didn't agree to cancel it. Some of the staff were very welcoming and nice but the booking manager was very unhelpful

very nice hotel with excellent breakfast and great service. Good wifi and hotel was clean and staff friendly. Great location for airport but lots of traffic to the centre during early morning and late afternoon. Avoid rooms facing the road because of noise.

Great place to stay in. The hotel itself is in good condition and clean but perhaps some areas (such as the shower room) can be a bit tired. But this is very minor and overall the hotel condition is good.  

However, In my opinion, the best aspect of the hotel is the staff and the hotel director Paulo.  They go above and beyond to ensure guest needs are met. 

I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Luanda.

Great place to stay in in Luanda

On a trip to South Africa I stayed 3 days in Luanda, at Hotel Samba.  I stayed most of the time in the hotel, close to the airport, with clean and spacious rooms.  The breakfast had great pancakes, made in the hotel itself! I was a great user of the gym and swimming pool, on the top floor, with such a great view.  After an excellent experience whenever I come to Luanda, I will always stay at Samba!

Excellent and pleasant experience at Samba Hotel

I would be happy to share my personal review about my Angola trip, this was my second visit in luanda stay and its my pleasure to say i have enjoyed staying in Hotel Samba hotel was nice clean and so highly maintained and hotel staff is so professional so I would recommend everyone pls visit Hotel Samba if ever visited Luanda

One of my wonderful stay

In Luanda for business, my stay in the Samba hotel was good. I appreciated a lot the quality of the service and my spacious room. I used the restaurant mainly for breakfast served as a buffet. You can find a great choice.  To be strongly  recommended.

Nice stay

Very good hotel with clean and cozy rooms.
The gym and open swimming pool are available. 
Tasty food with wide choice. 
Kind personnel, always ready to help. Good wifi.
The hotel placed not far from the city center.

Hotel Samba

This hotel is good. No ketels in room for you own coffey. Plugs are far from desk and bed so you could not use you labtop or devices for extemded periods. Food is good and service could be more freindly. Poragese speaking staff and little to none enghlish. Swimming pool on top of hotel with great views.

Good  Portagese hotel

Staff is unfreindly, 90% of staff only talk portagese. Food was good and presente in a nice manner. Rooms are clean and neat and comfortable. Limmited tv chanels. Only one chanel that is not portagese.
Nice small pool and gym on top floor. Not recomened if you don't speak english.
