Soltane Hotel

Very nice hotel.  Beautiful rooms and excellent customer service.  Breakfast is varied and fine.  Location is not the best but chosen as we decided not to rent a car and it is close to the metro station and the tram. Would recommend this hotel and would return

A nice hotel in a very strange city, hotel was good breakfast ok but evening meal really good, room was clean and tidy but
 nothing to see outside of hotel as the city is very dirty and no tourist attractions 

The pool wasn't open, the staff were very kind and cordial with me but the front desk was very rude to my wife and also refused to give the proper room after having an issue. this issue was not corrected until the following day and the room rates are almost 30$ apart. Cleaning staff was fantastic, and all but one of the restaurant staff were very pleasant. some of the amenities were not properly functioning

In room Tea and coffee  self-service should be provided. In bathroom it bit difficult to enter for bath under shower. Water leakage also noticed which was promptly cleaned but not rectified immediately..

Nice hotel

This hotel is well located and  is brand new. Although all the over sized marble gives a bit an overdone feeling. Breakfast is poor. But the rooms are clean the staff is friendly and it is one of the affordable hotels in Algiers. I don't regret booking this one another time. Yes the quality of the products is related to made in China. You will see the signs everywhere already in this new hotel. But I can still recommend it based on price and location (close to the tram at the rue Tripoli) as well as friendly staff.

Business hotel in Algiers

I stayed there for three nights. The hotel is not at city centre but close to tramway station. The room was clean. The staff were nice but very few of them spoke English. They allowed smoking within the hotel. Breakfast was below average. Although stated otherwise there was no Internet connection in rooms. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. 

Bad Experience 

Nice hotel to stay near business hub.

Stayed four nights with very disappointing experience.
No room service. Restaurant is not open for dinner. No international ATM machine. Bathroom smells bad. The worst thing is No privacy AT ALL, staff comes anytime to the room with sudden knock but no permission to getting in, even with the sign 'Do NOT disturb'. No matter what you want about your room, they come in when you are out for a breakfast taking your blanket, coming in to check something..they don't speak English. Really don't expect any privacy there.. I will never come back..

Very poor

Lot of problems. First, they did not send the vehicle at airport even after it was booked. Second, the bathroom was not in good condition, outside view was just wall, there was problem with door, window was not closing properly and in the end the breakfast and dinner option was not upto the mark.
