The hostel is almost a museum of Albanian past and the excellent English of the young and enthusiast personnel gave an instant insight in the recent history of Tirana. Located in the hart of the "happenings" in Tirana, it is surely a place to remember. Would stay there every time!

Friendliest people I ever met in a hotel

Fantastic place, great staff 
When I first walk in this place I was very impressed with hospitality and the decorations of this place with the old history of this country. 
The place it's clean , new beds , new hot showers , strong internet, here have also a computer you can use , right in a heart of Tirana , nice kitchen you can use , big tv and great terrace view . 
The staff and the owners make my stay feel like home .

Traveler 

This hostel is easy to find (once you realise it is on the 3rd floor and up many stairs!) My boyfriend and I arrived on bikes and the staff were very helpful with all our luggage and in accommodating our bikes for the night, on their little balcony. The decor is interesting and there is something to look at around every corner! Brilliant staff who are only too happy to give you ideas when planning day trips and there is a reasonable breakfast included in the price. It is a clean hostel and lockers are provided for security of belongings if you are in shared bunk room (as we were). I'd suggest all guests bring flip flops (or shower appropriate shoes) as the wet room also includes the toilets, but I don't think this detracts from the charm of the place, and infact it seemed a common situation as we travelled across Albania. Thanks for a charming, quirky and reasonably-priced break off the bikes Propaganda Hostel! :)

Friendly and Interesting Hostel

The personal is very friendly and supportive. Hostel is authentic and in an attractive area, especially for youth because it is surrounded by bars, pubs and clubs. Despite this, it is calm inside and you can have a good rest and sleep. During winter, the floor is very cold but room gets warm within couple of minutes. They give out maps so you dont need to search for one in center.

Authentic desin, helpful staff, good location, relaxing and funny atmosphere.. You must stay in this unique hostel in your Tirana visit. It is different from other hostels. Thanks to good staff Paul and Yorgi..
