This is so charming and lovely hotel with an Bread and Breakfast feel. Very clean. In the center of Tirana you are close to everything. No worries about the city noise though, the soundproof windows are perfect to cut all  the city noise, and you will have the perfect night sleep. Supper friendly and very accommodating staff. Will stay here again in a heartbeat. 

A lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The building is modern looking and very clean and well maintained. It only has ten rooms so it never seems to be crowded or noisy. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and everything worked. The Wi-Fi is quick and reliable. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

If you love a huge lobby and be seen by hundreds of people, need high star rating with spa and fitness, don't read on. 
This place is for those who love it cosy, comfortable and nice. The green house is perfectly centrally located in a long and silent side street between two neighbourhoods (one is the Blokku). A villa with about 10 rooms with everything you need for a stay of a couple of days. Very friendly personnel, good breakfast buffet in the nice restaurant which belongs to the hotel. The pricing is more than fair, so a sure "again" for me.

A nice, clean and friendly hotel in the middle of Tirana‘s most popular districts. The hotel is tastefully designed and comfortable. It offers secure parking across the street and a great breakfast. It is only minutes from Skanderbergplatz and lots of bars and restaurants. 

Great location just off a major street. Hotel is in a high class residential area of central Tirana with a number of mid to high quality restaurants close by.  The hotel is modern, and rooms well maintained. 

We did not eat at the hotel restaurant  other then for breakfast which provided a reasonable quality range of cereals and European style foods.  Did not use hotel staff for tourist information. Staff generally  helpful without being going out of their way.

We stayed at this hotel last night and everything was excellent.  Nice large room and bathroom, and comfy bed!

All the staff members were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. 

There was a good selection at breakfast and the pastries were all fresh.

Good location, about 5-10 minutes from most sights.

Would recommend this hotel.



We stayed for one night at this small stylish boutique hotel.  We had a beautiful large room with quality finishes. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. Breakfast was also very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.  It is well located in a very quiet area but easy walk from the main sites of Tirana.

Only stayed two days at Green House but it was really good. Must be recently refurbished because I don't recognise the pictures from other reviews. They have a big nice outdoor terrace, the breakfast is very good and generous, we didn't have dinner there because we were away but it looked very good with a massive wine cellar. Room big and very clean. The price is very low given what you get. Would come back for sure.

Once you manage to check in, Hotel is very nice and ideally located towards different attractions and activities.
It is very clean and staff working there is very nice.

However, Hotel has huge problems in communication with booking portals and pre-paid customers. Also, Hotel website is obviously spam!!!

There is a huge problem and miscommunication between booking portal Booked.net and the Hotel which really influenced my stay there and, unfortunately this is still stronger than the feeling of staying in really nice city hotel.

We were 3 of us coming with the reservation that was prepaid. However, hotel didnt have my reservation which caused me a huge problem, loosing of time, energy and calls to UK. No system or person in the hotel had my reservation or was recognizing Book.net confirmation and payment I presented. 
Director of the hotel was very rude and tough (on phone) and not really understanding the situation I faced with and wanted to charge me additionally.
Luckily, this was not my first time in Albania, I contacted some local friends who helped me to speak in local language and I was also very persistent in intention not to pay more than already was paid. In the very late afternoon situation was solved, I got confirmation that there was some misunderstanding and that I will have one room without additional payment, but still not mine room (which I paid more than standard one). However, by that time I already lost tones of energy and time.

Once all was sorted between hotel, booking portal and agency that is charging prepayment, I got my the room and possibility to check in, however, my room, for which I paid, I got only next day.

Coming for the business trip, having 3 conferences in line to be organized, the hardest part was to get the room which I paid much in advance!!! And from what I understood, this is not the first time they had the same problem.

Be careful when booking this hotel as the only reliable portal is Booking.com. All others are causing problem!!!

I am really sorry that this had a huge impact on my overall rating!!

Otherwise, hotel is nice, clean, comfy with  nice garden and people working there!
