Personnel is genuinely attentive. The room was very comfortable, had both a shower and a bath tub.
The only downsides so far: 1. I can't seem to find the switches for the bathroom lights, which is a bit annoying.

I enjoyed my stay, the rooms are very clean and the staff very hospitable. The hotel is very well placed and easy walk to all the main attractions. I am most definitely going to stay there again. Recommend

Location and hotel condition is pretty good, a wonderful clean smell is welcoming you. Bed and room is really comfy and quite warm. Private parking place and helpful people are huge pluses. 

Only negative thing which I can mention is the stairs. You need to climb up all the way through.

The location is near the center of Tirana. The conditions are very good as confronting with it´s stars and the price is very competitive with the other hotels of the same ´´stair´´. Works also with ´´sleep & go´´.

We had confirmation for two people via booking.com. When we arrive in the evening, the receptionist told us in Albanian, that the room we booked is not available and that we have to pay extra money for another room. The woman could not speak English, one albanian guest translated for us. So we said that we will not pay higher price. The receptionist told us (in Albanian) that they are overbooked and she has no room for us. We came after long day quite exhausted, and had to find another hotel. The receptionist even did not say: apologize. It was quite rude.

unreliable and bad communication

Booked a room for 2 nights on 2 different portals (as i have some targets to achieve VIP status)

To start, i had send messages on agoda.com (contact property) regd breakfast and bathtub, to which i received no response inspite of repeated reminders. 

I arrive, and ask them the same questions- can i get breakfast (he was quiet a whole minute) and then confirm that i want a room with a bath tub, as it clearly states on agoda that there is a bath tub and shower. The staff walk me up sensor-controlled 3 floors (after we walked the whole flight up did it light up), and showed me a reasonably big but fairly run down room with a shower. We go down to discuss. I explain this to the owner, that i booked 2 different category rooms and will take the one with the bath tub (as both categories should have it). Tried reasoning with him that he showed me lower category room (double room which says it has a bath tub (attached screen shot). Id stick to that if it does. 
Owning/managing the property he didnt seem to understand while his staff did, he lost his cool , thinking that i will want to change room for the 2nd night. I tried for 3 maybe 4th time to explain id stick with lower category room with bath tub.He then shamelessly stated that that room is worth 30 euros a night, which i was getting online for around half that amount (well if that was the case of a mistake in pricing at his end/ greed/ stupidity, it shouldnt be my concern and i should get the room, yet he declined and rudely asked me to leave. 
This was the first impression of a wonderful city, leaving a bad taste. 
Id admit that review i saw online were good and I was hoping so, but I am deeply disappointed and recommend others to look at the many other properties available in and around the vicinity. Come and look at the property yourself....it doesnt deserve a 4 star as categorised....limited amenities, no lift, run down, hidden in an alley way, poor communication etc etc. 
Stay away.
