Small 5 room hotel, with excellent  staff. Small but adequate breakfast, eggs cooked to order, plus usual cereals, juices, bread, pastries, meat and cheese. We missed breakfast first morning after a long day travelling, the manager was so worried he offered to wake us up , but we made it ok. The hotel is in the heart of the market area, with many, many cafe/bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to main square, bunkart 2, mosque, Castle (more cafés and restaurants), and a huge Mall.
All for less than £50 per room per night 

Best value for money we've ever had

From the first second we met by the hotel manager till our check-out a week later, we were taken so well care of! Hats off to the manager and the staff of the reception for being super nice, helpful, chatty and caring at all time during our stay.

The hotel is great located and has only 7 rooms, which makes the whole stay very homey. The rooms are super clean and in good shape and well equipped. My laundry was even taken care off :) 

We could not have had a better stay anywhere else in Tirana. We absolutely loved it!
Thank you all for all of your help. We now know where to stay next time we visit Albania. All the best

Amazing stay, really!

A perfect location. A small hotel with friendly staff. Hotel is comfortable. A small tasty buffet breakfast. The staff are responsive to questions and assisting with bookings and plans for sightseeing.

Great location and Great Staff

Was a great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, good prices.
For sure that every time that I will be back in Tirana I will go to the Hotel Vila Kerciku.
The rooms were clean, the view from balcony was very good. Old bazaar and the old part of the town were just a few steps from hotel. The fish restorant near the hotel was very good.

Perfect location and friendly saff

We had three rooms during a family trip to Albania and everybody was very happy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were all taken care of. We'd just flown in and slept late the next morning, but they still made us a delicious breakfast. The location is perfect - easy walk to everything in downtown Tirana, but we loved just chilling right there in the plaza. Fabulous market and great taverns and cafes, right outside the front door.

Great location and a great hotel

amazing hotel with a terrific view overseeing the plazza. The staff is so  pleasant, the rooms worth the price and the spa is stress relieving. The breakfast is  served  in an inside dining area and if you go,  just ask the staff for the best places to see or the attractions because they will help

Excellent position in the centre of Tirana. Next to lots of cafes, bars and vegetable / fruit market. Rooms well appointed with modern fittings. Staff very pleasant and helpful even though english minimal, but you soon learn a few Albanian words. Buffet breakfast freshly cooked. I can recommend the omlettes. Only 5 rooms so quite an intimate feel. 3 of the rooms overlook a lively square, particularly at night. Will return to Tirana and stay here.

First time in Tirana

Small, intimate family-owned hotel
We stayed several enjoyable nights here.  The owner personally served our food and made us espresso coffee to order while you sit in the sunny garden room for breakfast.  She even sat and shared the hotel’s history with us.  Her family owned and operated this hotel for several generations.  After the Communist regime collapsed, the government returned this conscripted hotel to the rightful owner.  The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with windows that open onto the lively square.  The downtown core is only a 10-minute walk away.  And the price is very reasonable for a nice hotel in downtown Tirana.
