Enjoyable hotel with  good view  to the beach , Nice staff that always is ready to help. Good breakfast and the cleaning was in top . The hotel was close too differents restaurants and supermarkets , and we will absolutley visit again. 5 stars from here.

Very nice hotel, excellent view from our balcony, and stunning view from terrace! Owners very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, and the location is very good, just across the Santa Quaranta Beach, and very near Beer House

It’s a really nice hotel with a nice rooms. Pictures here show it before a refresh. Now everything is on a very good level (rooms really nice, bathroom 👌). 

As already mentioned in a title, you’ll also feel very welcome here. It’s almost a family atmosphere.

It’s close enough to the center but far enough to take a break from the busy Saranda. Really close to one of the beaches, and to some really good restaurants!

Food in a hotel is the weakest point of it. Happily, it’s only about the breakfast. Everyday exactly the same (even with the most positive attitude you can get bored after 10 days). Well, sometimes you will be surprised  with a missing cheese or so. But diners are really nice, so you won’t be totally disappointed.

With this price there is nothing more I could complain about 😊 am happy that I had a chance to be there. Thank You!

Hotel freshly renovated, rooms spacious, air-conditioned, clean, with balconies and a great view of Corfu. Food (soft all inclusive) tasty - a lot of vegetables, local drinks - wines, rakija, cognac and beer from the dispenser - available at certain times, in the evening until 22, then the terrace with a view of Corfu is closed. Family hotel - the owners are very friendly and helpful.

Exellent vacation in a very beautiful Sarande , Nice people everywhere and good food in all the Restsurants we have bee

Very Satisfied

The hotel doesn't clearly match its category: 3 stars are overated. The shower  curtains were black on the bottom with big mold spots. Dinner was self service (bottled water NOT INCLUDED) and you had to clear your table at the end. Wifi available only in the lobby. The terrace close at 22 pm, we were working there and​ we have been kicked away. Owners totally unpleasant

Avoid this hotel

It's about 20 years I came in Saranda for my job, but it's never happened to me to find somenthing so gross!
The bathroom of my room was disgusting, the courtains of the shower was completely black of mold and my pillow was full of hair.
The owner Milto and his wife were sincearly rude! Every time I need somenthing they were totally unpolite!!


The worst hotel in Saranda

Hotel is not bad, but service is not good because I did not have a hot water at room. I went to reception te tell them, and receptionist said that somebody will come to fix the problem but nobody came.

Not a good service

Stayed two nights in this hotel. The bathroom conditions in our room were not good. There was mold on the ceiling, the shower's curtain was almost falling, the toilet paper holder was completely rusted. 
The breakfast was decent and the AC in the room did work fine.

So so

This has to be THE worst hotel I have stayed at. They lied about the food options and the food itself was also terrible. The service given at the hotel definitely does not work for the customer along with the VERY rude staff. I would rather stay in a dumpster before i stay here again.

THE WORST HOTEL

One of the worst hotel that I have been. The food is always self-service, cos they don't wanna assume waiter. Humidity, dirty bathrooms and the own is not respectful with the hosts. I am not going to recommend this place.
