Dirty mattresses, towels with holes, almost non-working AC, broken handles. We got a room with view to contraction with tones of garbage. Food was in another hotel which is owned by this same owner, but was disgusting and cold. No free access to sea so we had to pay 10  euro per sun bed to be able to use the beach. Sunbeds were dirty and old. Staff quite rude and happy to confront.
Don't go there as is no point unless you like this kind of extreme.

Really bad.

This hotel doesn’t deserve the stars that it has and the money. We didn’t have hot water as well as the other people from the group. It is awful experience to shower with iced cold water no matter it is summer. They don’t change towels and bed sheets as well. When they cleaned the room they didn’t gave us even new soap, so we had to wash our hands with the shampoo that we were caring with us. There is no security at night also.The staff is kind and the view from the balcony is beautiful but only this.. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel if you want to have a holidays without bad emotions!!!

Very bad hotel for it’s 3 stars

Very bad experience. Do not go there. All pictures are old ones. Offer is not realistic. Breakfast is very poor - only eggs and toast, no fruit, no vegetable. They claim sea view room, and it was not the case. Claim that there is private beach and there is not. Small number of service staff. Rooms are old in bad conditions. It is  not 4 star hotel at all. A lot of pictures from the restaurant to attract you, and it is not working at all.

Bad experience in Saranda 

The service and food is awful , the salad was rotten and the bread was stall and after you had the hotel dinner you had to go out to eat again ,and the salami in the morning was the cheapest kind there is the store and on top of that it was discolored and smelly , not fresh at all,they were cheap even when serving water and no coffe for breakfeast . Me and my family were on two rooms and in one of them the tv didnt work bcs there was no outlet for it just cables outside of the wall. The beach is close indeed but it is NOT WORTHY going there you will get deeply upsat from the service and ruin your vacation.

Do not eat there horrible

I return every year in Seaside Hotel and Terrace in Saranda. It is my favorite place with good location and delicious food!
There are very spacey and cleany rooms with beautiful sea view! The terrace of Hotel is wonderfull! You feel you are in the middle of the sea like in a cruiser. It is very romantik by night! You can enjoy your dinner with the nice rumors of the waves in the background.
The food is delicious! I think is the best restaurant in Saranda! Seafood in mediterrean style and very economic price!
The staf of hotel is friendly and they are there for you every time you request them.
I am waiting for my next...🤗🤗🤗

"It feels like you are in a cruiser"

The hotel located 2 minutes from the beach, but it is not so easy going down the  sea. The terrace of the room was the best of all, one can sit and watch this blue green sea all day. The room was decorated like in the 1970. but really no need more. Breakfast was served at the upper terrace of the hotel so we could have generous verity of things to eat and watch the view of the sea and the island of Corfu. wonderful.

VIEW WITH A ROOM

We were a family of 11 and had 4 rooms. First there was trouble with the booking from booking.com. Then we found out that the hotel is next to the main road and the noise from the street right in to the room was not pleasant. There is some kind of air conditioning in the room. But it doesn’t do much and the air gets heavy fast. The elevator is almost a death trap and we refuse to use it. This hotel is not kid friendly, the railing is low and at the top floor where the breakfast is there’s seating that kids can climb and fall over. So we spend as little time there and constantly watch the kids. The positive is that it is very clean and they’re good at cleaning the rooms. 

Hot and noisy 

Our experience was horrible horrified one. On the second day of our stay we were threatened by the manager of the hotel named Rudina because we took an extra towel to dry my four-year-old.
She came at the restaurant, screamed at me in frint of my child, husband and entire family and called me a thief and much more. 
The situation got so bad that we wanted to cancel the hotel and move somewhere else. She threaten myself and my family that if we stepped foot in any different hotels except hers my families life would be in danger. We asked to cancel our reservation and move to a different hotel due to the situation which she made it impossible .
The beds were extremely small, very uncomfortable, no soap or shampoo, we had to buy everything our own....
Our experience was a hostile, dangerous and horrible one. The only case I would recommend this hotel is if you want to ruin your vacation!!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not go there

The best hotel i have been. I have traveled a lot and i found the paradise in Saranda at seaside hotel. Best service very clean and quite place. Very comfortable rooms. With good price. The hotel is near the beach and with a beautiful view.
