Nice clean room and worth it for the price it has. It also has Good location u can visit around without car its near the sea . Free parking near the hotel( free or no depend from the number off reservation if it has free plases bcs are limited post).

Best vacations in the perfect hotel ever.
Te staf is very familiar and allways there at the moment u need.
Its located in the midle of the best beaches, the only thing u need more, is to decide in which beach to go.

Wonderful experience

The hotel is well located and well serviced through daily housekeeping and a kitchenette in each room. There is plenty of natural light and ventilation and there are ocean glimpses from the balcony. The staff were also extremely helpful in assisting us with a few unusual requests.

We stayed in a few other places in Saranda and found Flower residence the best for service, quality of room and value for money. Thanks for having us!

Excellent service, high quality rooms

Had a fantastic stay here rooms are so clean and towels changed everyday! Recommend to everyone. Beds are comfy our balcony was so big you could have a party on it! The owner was so helpful and hotel is so close to beach, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful

The hotel is very good, new and very cozy especially if you are travelling with small kids and you need some facilities in the room, like a cupboard and a stove for warming sth. Room was comfortable, everything was white and clean, towels were changed every day and sheets once in 2 days. Beds were comfortable and in the closet there were several extra pillows. Our studio apartment had a small kitchen which we rarely used nevertheless it was there. I didn’t like the location so much (on the road). The hotel had good noise isolation although you couldn't stay in the balcony because it was noisy and polluted from all the cars. On the positive side it was very close to the stores, bars/restaurants and the public beach (if you decide to go on the public beach). The staff in general was polite, they seemed very approaching although we had one small incident with the room and they didn’t accept any responsibility of it which I didn't find professional.

Exellent place for relaxing and enjoying the beatiful city of Saranda. A very comfortable hotel with the best of services and surroundings. Quite hotel, clean, well organized with all the facilities. The best you can find in Saranda
