The hotel is very well located, 5min walk to the beach and other main areas (restaurants etc). 
The rooms are very clean, modern and spacey!
The staff was very friendly and helpfull as well!
Would def come back!

The location of the hotel is great. There is walking distance to almost everything to see and do in Ksamil. And I would come back here. The rooms was very nice and clean and everything worked great. Shower, TV, Aircon and everything was in great condition. The staff was very very friendly and always smiling. Helped us to arrange transport everywhere we wanted to go around in the area. Faleminderit!

Very nice hotel close to perfect sandy white beaches and lots of restaurants. 
The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and hard working. Always around if there is anything you need. 
If the days gets too hot, take a dip in the pool. 
Perfect for both couples and families.

The location couldn’t have been better for exploring Ksamil, right in the heart of the action but no noise at night. The staff were friendly and helpful when it came to a little fiasco we were having with exchange rates/transaction fees (they’re very high in Albania and cash is king here). On that note though, beware that if paying on card you will be charged a 5% commission fee and taking out cash there will cost you also, so I’d recommend getting cash out before you go and paying with that (they accept local currency Lek and Euro). Would’ve liked if that was stated on the website for transparency. Other than that, rooms were spacious and practical, balcony was huge and rooms well air conditioned. Would stay again :))

Great Location and Room!

I wanted to write a fair review,  so I waited until I'd completed the 2 weeks. First impressions were bad,  it got only slightly better as time went on. 
Positives. 
Fantastic location.  Can't fault it there,  no matter what direction you pick,  you find bars and restaurants.  Less than 2 min walk to the beach.  Unfortunately that's about all it has going for it.  
Negatives.
Very poor hosting skills.  
I'm English,  my partner is Albanian. They are underwhelming in both languages. Not rude,  but definitely not welcoming.  Anna,  upon my arrival promptly cancelled my booking via booking.com, saving herself the fees/commission for the website,  then wanted to charge me a further 5% to pay by card.  I obviously refused.  She said she would wait a few days for the cash,  but to withdraw over €2200 from the bank would have cost me as well.  So,  she backed down and we didn't leave. 
They over booked to hotel for our first night and were put in a standard room for the night.  I don't know how they can charge money for that room. Bed was concrete and no toilet seat.  But they charged us anyway, not good customer service,  but still.  

Over priced. I've stayed in the area 7 times in the last 3 years and this was the worst value for money.  €170 a night for a very small,  badly designed apartment...  Serious lack of storage and the 'kitchen'  just isn't worth the space,  even if you could manage to cook anything on the draning board/ hob there is no where to eat the food,  unless you like plastic uncomfortable chairs on a very very small balcony. Hairdryer was broken as was the shower control.  Hairdryer was replaced,  no attempt was made to fix the shower in 2 weeks. 
There is no refreshments.  Nothing at all.  Not even a vending machine. Even cheap rubbish hotels put at least a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival. There is no customer service,  you walk past reception and they don't say a word,  literally just take the money,  providing the most basic of services and charge premium price.  
Room is cleaned every 3 days.  There is no safe in the room,  so you have to carry your belongings and valuables all the time.  €170 a night and your bathroom window is 3 inches from the next building wall,  and your 'view'  is the wall of the other building.  There is a pool,  with 8 sun beds,  but no sun after 1pm. But in keeping with the poor design of space throughout,  there is pointlessly 18 benches in a car park to sit on?? So...  In summary,  this place could be good,  but isn't. They can't do much about the design or layout,  but they can work on the service if that's the price they want to charge.  

This is a very basic place to sleep,  it's not a hotel.  If you go with that in mind you will be ok

Disappointed 

We reserved a superior family room with 2 weekend before arrival on booking and with 1 Day before arrival they notice US that they are full and they dont have this superior room just standard ( very ugly) . We are very disapointed about this place
