Poor experience for 3 star hotel and for the price.view from the hotel look to mountains but with a lot of trash.The hall of the hotel is good looking dhe the parking is spacious.The rooms were not renovated and looking not very well maintained,although clean.The tv didn't work and the wi fi was very poor,mostly of the times didn't work.the receptionist ask the payment we just arrived at the hotel and we hadn't received the room keys yet ,strange this thing because we expect to pay as we made the check out.Disappointed !

Disappointed!

Before I checked out, I was convinced that I would give 2 stars, but now I am forced to give only 1. Nice rooms, with a comfortable bed, but the problem is everything else. We arrived after agreeing on the number of rooms and the price by phone, and we left paying more because you're late and I gave your rooms to the football team and they're the ones that cost more. That's the manager's justification.

The reception staff was really bad, and there were lots of downsides, totally awful.The rooms were ok but there were some problems with the heating area , the maids were rude...

Really bad

The outside of the hotel looks nice.
The reception is very good too, but the rooms inside are very poor. The bathroom is located just aside the bed, which is not good.

The bathroom also was very poor too. The water tap made a lot of noise, the water dispenser was out of function. And the door lock didn't work.
If you stay only one night you can stay.

Not Good 

We found this unique hotel through friends.  On edge of city, very quiet zone, very nice lobby, bar and restaurant with nice gardens.  Odd rooms for hotel with small windows limiting the great views.  Does have elevator, open stairs too.  Good service with fair English spoken.  Price very good.  Couple english channels on old tube tv too. Free Wifi but only in lobby.  Lots of free parking.  Limited bus access hours.

Good Price, odd rooms

We went at 24:00 from a 200 km trip and we could not had a shower because there were no hot water, same next morning. The breakfast was so disastrous. The ladies from the restaurant helped us with some Omelette. To noisy from corridors. bathroom just next to your bed ...

No hot water, terrible breakfast, very friendly staff.

It's very old and don't have even a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was simple but let's say is ok. Price is not cheap for what they offer even in September. If you don't find another one you can go.

Not good

We chose this hotel by chance, but we were very lucky. The staff and the owner are very kind and very available. They speak Italian, and they gave us a lot of information. We spent three days, three of the best days of our lives: we will never thank enough the guy at the reception, who made us notice a missing zero on a phone number: thanks to that phone call (which only thanks to him we were able to do), we added a chapter to our family history! We will be back next year! A greeting to all of you!

For a zero

The outside view, the entrance area and the first impression are a little misleading. If you look closely, you will also notice the shortcomings that are common in Albania. After the shower, the entire bathroom is wet, the sink almost falls apart, the light bulbs when lighting, there is no dessert, refrigerator or air conditioning. The walls are very thin. The hotel is also located on a busy road. Earplugs are therefore wrong. The WiFi in the entrance area is not even enough to the restaurant, let alone the rooms. The breakfast is very thin and unpleasant. But I don't like all the unpleasant things about the reception. The whole country was always a different assessment even if the average accommodation was available.

Not as good as it looks at first.

The hotel isn't up to what it stands for, the rooms are disappointing, the bathroom... the water is everywhere, there are no light bulbs in the room... the TV is passable, we can't find the remote control, finally disappointing...
