Really nice rooms for a family of four. We have been there for 10y and we still love the staff, the food and the pool. Great palm trees surrounding the restaurant. In the evening you can walk around a bit the village or drive to Durres which is close by. 

Great hotel for families! Awesome location direct at  the beach with a big pool! 

The hotel is clean and well-kept, the rooms are large and spotlessly clean, cleaned practically every day if only the client wishes. The ladies at the reception are very helpful and smiling (black haired girl, thank you, you are avesome!) , they will always advise you if there are any questions. Bar service - for a gold medal, we didn't feel any neglect due to our All Inclusive option. The gentlemen were helpful, nice and friendly at every turn. Food in the All option - good, yes, after 8 days you may get bored, but no one goes hungry, always 2 soups and a few warm dishes for dinner. You can always choose something for yourself. Fruits and desserts more than you can eat. Swimming pool - a revelation, there is no war for sunbeds, there are enough of them. Overall, I recommend this hotel and again - all Reception and Beach Bar staff - thank you very much, thanks to you our holiday was 10/10!

The hotel is very clean, and located in front of the beach. Everything is modern and the price is ok for the service. Would recomend ;)
Sea food and pizza delicious. 
The pool is large and clean, there is even a kids pool.

Best vacation ever - Adriatic Coast

We were in the fifth floor and sea view room. Every morning was amaizing. 
All inclusive it was good for the price. We had drinks all day without limit. 
Parking was free.
Would recommend for family and couples.

Marvellous view from the room

Me and my family ordered 2 plates of watermelon and the price was unbelievable!! On the bill it was written 800 leke, around 5 euros for exactly 2 slices of watermelon. This is ridiculous! Another disappointment was the grilled calamari, they were not fresh at all and smelled so badly. Super disappointed!! Would not recommend at all!!

Disgusting sea food and overpriced watermelon

We didn't stay in the hotel, but we have been once in its restaurant. Among benefits the restaurant has a great location with a sea view, crockery and cutlery, tablecloths, an attractive interior, an English menu and English speaking staff. At lunchtime, there were a lot of people in the restaurant (for us, this is an indirect indicator of the popularity of the place among vacationers, and, therefore, of the quality). 

However, we faced a low level of service and were very disappointed. To begin with, no one met us at the entrance, we waited a few minutes, and when we were leaving, the waiter caught up and offered us a table. The order was accepted quickly, but the cold drinks were brought only after 15 minutes, and for the ordered dishes we had to wait as long as 40 minutes, or maybe more. At the same time, waiters ran past us with other people's orders and, as it seemed to us, served everyone, even those who came much later, but not us. Nobody apologized for such a long wait. In addition, the grilled fish was served unpeeled, i.e. with scales, which is completely unacceptable.

Therefore, we left no tipы and cannot recommend this place, especially for foreigners. We will not return to the place anymore.

Poor service in the hotel's restaurant

We liked this hotel very much. Sea view was charming, room was really big and staff was attentive. The only small drawback was a sewage smell in bathroom, but somehow I sensed it, while my husband not. The restaurant had great waiters, the kitchen was also ok. Pools were great. We really appreciated the quality of water in them.

Great view and modern hotel

They have a playground for kids. The hotel and the restaurant is very clean and tight. The service is good. Avarage prices. Is in a quiet area of Golem. Very closely you can find a market and grocery.

Good for family

Had booked for 18 days, but ended up cancelling after about a week. Included breakfast was limited, and suddenly we had to pay extra for the second coffee. Very arrogant attitude from Staff, and no flexibility ragarding many issues during our stay. Random treatment of guests. Will never returen to this hotel. Any other hotel nearby is better. If this attitude keeps up, no guests will want to stay here. 

Service extremely poor

Exept the pool everithing is very very good. Perfect staff, delicios food and very clean beach. Hospitality is amazing..! Parking is free, wi-fi also is free. I sugest to com in this hotel and you will feel very good!
