Grand Hotel Leone has been newly constructed. It has a nice and small lobby, and 4 floors with 20+ rooms with central A/C. You can reach the floors with a lift, so OK for senior travelers. They have a sauna and Turkish Bath as well, but I did not visit, as I stayed only two nights on my way to Saranda and back. Do not expect much for breakfast, but coffee is good, as almost in all Albanian hotels. They charge around 25 € for a single room.
