I don‘t recommend this Hotel either, its have bad food, its have very bad service, its high priced but location is good, and WIFI is very bad. I personally wouldnt go on this hotel 2nd time, its high priced and its not for it value, it have good location.

Complete fraud by all the staff, accommodation in private apartments, the reservation was made for the hotel, the conditions are miserable, we asked to contact the manager, it was impossible, the price was too high, with that money we were able to go to Spain .

I am writing this at the begining of my stay.  Just to warn any other that hope it would be reasonable choice.  All inclusive meand you get 3 meals but the quality of the food is so poor that I am going to eat in the city - the first breakfast was a terrible experience - out of some poor options the cornflakes with milk was the one acceptable … The week stay here was not that cheap at all - it was not the budget choice.  The money I paid was enough for ultra All-inclusive in Turkey - but I have chosen Albania as I had never beed here before.  It is so dissapointing.  Coffe from the coffee machine was not dinkable.  3 photos of food is presenting the whole breakfast buffet!

Disaster

food? horrible. After travelling for 20 hours we get to the hotel only for them to keep us outside for another 2 hours. After 2 days, the cleaning ladies didn't even come anymore, we had to buy our own toilet paper after asking for it twice. The DJs were nice, that's the ONLY good part. After paying for All Inclusive we had to pay for the sunbeds (5 euro) and the guy that came to get our money was living in his own universe. He didn't understand or speak English, he would  communicate in signs. Overall, not a good experience.

The hotel has disappointed me from the first look. Me and my friends have received rooms that were full of mold, the toilet was broken, as a 4 we have received a room for 3 people and WE have come up with a solution, living crowded for a week.
 Don’t get me started about the food…after 2 days I couldn’t even smell the same basic cheap food So I had to spend a lot of extra money eating in town, taking into consideration I have chosen the All Inclusive package. 
Not only did I have to pay for the lawn chair 5€ but also most of them were broken. 
The waiters were nice, the beach and the sea have compensated and made my stay much better but I still regret choosing this hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever been to

The worst hotel in Durres.
The room was catastrophic.
They said are new.
The cabin shower with mold.
The curtains miss.
I was a big hole on the ground floor that seems that in that building stay animals.
Ther are electric wires on the walls.
On the bathrooms miss the place where to let the toothbrush.

They treat us like animals.

Where should I start!!!!

Somebody have stolen our towels… nobody helped us

Everyday is the same breakfast and everything is sałaty AF

DRINKS ARE TOTALLY REVOLTING
they have 5 types of an ugliest taste of alcohol, and one type of beer

Great location,beautiful hotel,nice and clean beachside,very helpful and friendly staff,especially Ronaldo,which look after customers very well.We would reccomend this place in 100% and we can not wait to go back there next year:-) Kasia and Adi from uk

This hotel is a real nightmare , do not waste your money there and do not ruin your vacation at this hotel!!!
Well I will start with how food was awful.
The customer service was nonexistent and sometimes downright rude.

Small room with old furnitures,there was no mini firdge in the room,the air conditioner also didnt work.

Would never visit again terrible value for money and a terrible unfriendly hotel .

TERRIBE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!

It was pretty good in this hotel. We had a room on the first floor, with balcony, but not with the sea view, and that is much better for us. During the night it was not so nosy like on the the other side. The rooms are clean. When we came, we didnt have any towel, but then we asked and  every day new towels. We had all inclusive, the food is tasty, not so many options, by the three days you get to know all the menu. Breakfast is always the same and nothing special. Lunch and dinner were better.  Few times there were only plastic glasses. People that dont have all inclusive service, were taking food from restaurant. 
Pool is not so big, but its really nice. Swimming pool for little one are there. The only problem with the pool I have experiences is when you get to the pool at 11 pm you have no beach . Its because, people leave their towels during the night so they dont have to get up early. BeCause its not obligatory that you have to have beach chair at the pool, but at the beach it is not possible not to have one. I have complained abt that to the hotel. They said its not alloew to leave the towels, and that the guest make problems. After that I saw the guy who took all the towels but the next day the same situation. In the pool can be people that are didnt stay in hotel.
There is small parking in front of the hotel, but few meters there is bigger one, but its not paved, and the car was covered by dust in one day. 
The sea is reallynice, and the beach too, warm. Few days was very windy and waves are big. There were also jellyfish in the sea. Lucky we didnt have any bigger problems with that.
Hotel is in the 2.touristic zone. 
The toilet at the swiming pool is awful and although there is a lady who cleans, its still so smelly and almost never is there a toilet paper.
