Everything was OK, properly. Hotel os comfortable. Meals are not so varied, but for one week stay, it’s good. The staff doing their job, for me like soldiers. No too much smiles. The beach is ok. However, thanks. I recommend this Hotel. And thanks to Albania.rs agency. For money we paid, this hotel is OK!

For money you will pay, it' ok!

The hotel does not deserve 4 *, luxury, quality is built of details, I did not find those details there. This option should not be called "all inclusive". Food poor in assortment, repeated daily, fish dinner three times a week and nothing else. For those who do not like fish, no other option. The hotel saves on everything, even on plastic cups that can collect, wash under the tap and serve again. They have no ice for drinks, no hot alcohol to drink. Generally the level of cleanliness on a low level tables constantly dirty. Service generally nice and helpful except for the bartender from the restaurant who was rude (short with a goatee). Beach towels can be borrowed against a deposit of 15Euro, while it was no longer possible to exchange for clean ones after a few days of use, the lady at the reception said that they did not run a laundry. WiFi works, but the data transfer is so weak that it is not possible to transfer a photo, let alone messengers.

There is no way this is a four star hotel, as Google claims. It seems old and grimy. The breakfast is sad. Things are broken. Loud music playing every single evening until 23.00. Unengaged staff. No key could be found to our security box. Uncomfortable beds. There was also a hole in the wall in our room, and the soaps and a shampoo bottles of the prior guests were still in our shower. The view is awful, the pool is towards the Main Street and in constant shadow. The private beach is crammed. I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. This is not a good hotel - objectively speaking.

This is not a good hotel

We stayed 6 nights with our chilren at Germany hotel. It has a large terrace and a private beach area, 50 yards from the hotel. I really enjoyed the meals at the restaurant. Incredible food & even better service. It has a lovely set up. Rooms are also very clean and functional. Worth to visit.

A very nice hotel in Durres with a private beach

I spent two nights three days at Germany Hotel. From the moment of arrival until departure the stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and appreciated. The hotel manager is actively involved in every aspect of the operations of the hotel and every staff member was pleasant and professional throughout my stay. It’s a short walk to the beach with designated chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests free of charge. A perfect location for shopping and enjoying the culture.  I will definitely return.

Wonderful stay, professional staff

Lovely hotel, great breakfast and very clean. One of few places I visited that takes cards. Be careful if booking via lastminute.com; I paid in advance by card but when I arrived at the hotel, they had not received payment. It took a long time to arrange for lastminute.com to pay the hotel directly. Easier just to pay at the hotel when you arrive. Hotel has its own section of the beach with sun loungers.

Location: well located in Durres, along the beaches but the area is very average with run-down buildings next to it => but it's not their fault, it's the neighborhood. WIFI a little weak. The outdoor pool closes at 6 p.m. it's super early, we couldn't take advantage of it.

I stayed there for a few nights with some friends. The hotel looks nice but I think they could improve it by fixing some small things. They could start with changing their lightbulbs and plugging in the lights they have outside the rooms. this is just basics and there is more but I hope they will fix them. the rooms are great and clean with great service. I think its kind of funny that its an German but none of them speak German but one did know Norwegian so that was fun for us. 
I would recommend this hotell for people that wants a clean hotell that aint to expensive.

I'll be coming to Germany by the next month, and i'm afraid from using the ATM because it's always limited 
So in case i'll bring some AUD with me 
I just want to know if i can i exchange the AUD in Germany?
And where it's better to exchange it?

Very nice hotel, clean. Breakfast ok. Pool area good and beach about 100 m. They have own sunbeds at the beach. Staff friendly and quite good/good english speaking. City center easy to reach by bus(30 leke/person).
