They've promised us an apartment with two separated rooms. Instead, what they've offered was an apartment with two joind rooms, without any door/wall. Our request counted a lot for us and they've just ignored it. Toilets on the gound floor (reception, restaurant) are everytine full with fecals and dirty. Cannot be used. Otherwise, everything is ok, the rooms are clean, the restaurant good (fast food - shaorma, kebab, etc.). The most important: it is on the beach. Too bad they don't care too much of their customer's requests.
