The hotel is located in the historical center of Sukhum, at the beginning of the Makhajirs embankment, within walking distance from the main attractions and cultural institutions: the Abkhazian State Drama Theatre, the State Russian Drama Theatre, the Griffin fountain, the colonnade and Brekhalovka.
