From the moment we arrived at Jumeirah Muscat Bay, we knew we were in for something special. This resort is nothing short of spectacular—every detail was carefully curated to create an experience that exceeded all expectations. The rooms were stunning—immaculately clean, stylishly designed, and with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Waking up to the serene beauty of the bay was an experience we won’t forget. The private beach offered a peaceful and luxurious escape. A special shoutout to Phone, the towel attendant, who recognized us from a distance every day and always had our beach beds perfectly set up by the time we arrived. That level of attention made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. The staff at Jumeirah Muscat Bay are phenomenal—truly going above and beyond to make every guest feel special. Waqas from the concierge and valet team stood out the most. He was not only helpful and professional but also so genuinely lovely and warm. Every time we returned and handed over our car, it felt like coming home—his smile and demeanor made all the difference and really set the tone for our stay. We also treated ourselves at the Talise Spa, and we’re so glad we did. Rung, the therapist, gave us the best massage we’ve ever received—a deeply relaxing and restorative experience that left us feeling renewed and pampered. The housekeeping team also deserves a special mention. We looked forward to evening turndown service, especially the cute towel art that often made us laugh and added a playful, thoughtful touch to the room. We also loved discovering the little gifts left by the bedside table each night—those small surprises brought an extra layer of charm and made us feel incredibly well taken care of. An added highlight: the frozen passion fruit margaritas by the pool—absolutely delicious and a must-try to cool down under the Omani sun. All in all, this was an amazing stay that we will cherish forever.
