The facility kindly informs the guests that there’s ongoing construction works nearby the hotel The First Collection Jumeirah Village Circle.

These works are not related to the hotel however, as expected there’s a noise and visual disruptions. The work take place on Monday to Saturday 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM unless the construction has approvals to work on another shift. The works are drilling, hammering, painting, and structural work, pure construction work. The two-construction site could be viewed clearly at the current level of construction by the lower floors. The most disturbing works which is related to the piling is over, otherwise, it’s a normal noise that is generated from a construction site.

The hotel team apologizes for the inconvenience caused however, the management team is working closely to keep the disruptions in minimal.

Advance reservation is required for the transfer.

Deposit is not mandatory, however guests are kindly asked to submit a deposit.

Soluna Beach Club will be temporarily closed from June 9th, 2025, to August 9th, 2025, inclusive. During this time, both restaurants located at Soluna Beach Club, Risen Artisanal Café & Bakery and Enas Mediterranean Restaurant, will continue to operate as usual. Guests who booked earlier with access to Soluna Beach included in their room rate must contact the Front Office team for alternative arrangements: either free access to Riva Beach Club without transportation or a redeemable voucher worth AED 50.00 for Food & Beverage.
