What was good
Good large and clean room. Good made to order breakfast! I got a free upgrade, despite the hotel not expecting me! There was a heater in room. Pool table and mini museum downstairs. Restaurant owned by the hotel next door - made to order food (great chef). ZenHotels!

However there was no hot water - perhaps this was because the hotel appeared to have shut for winter and was unaware of the booking via
