I was a little concerned about the elevator.One day someone was working on it.A couple of times I would use it and it didn't alwaysseem as if it was functioning properly.There were a few nights when the hotel was very cold.I was told about a customer who insisted that the hotel set the temperature very low.I thought it was not a good idea to make everyone sufferbecause of 1 customer.
