Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at UAE hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk is open 24/7. All airport transfer requests must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the guest’s arrival or departure.
Requests submitted less than 72 hours in advance will be subject to availability, and confirmation cannot be guaranteed in such cases.
Before Iftar, no food or beverages will be served in public areas, and smoking is not be permitted during fasting hours. We also kindly ask our guests to respect the spirit of Ramadan and dress modestly while in public areas.
The mandatory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner (December 31) costs AED 1250.00 per adult.
The mandatory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner (December 31) costs AED 625.00 per child. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid upon arrival.

The tennis court is available for one hour per room per day, free of charge.
Rackets, tennis balls, and water are provided. Additional use is AED 121.00 per hour.
A shuttle bus service to the Dubai Mall is available. For more information, guests can contact the front desk. This is a first-come, first-served basis.
