Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel restaurant will be closed for technical reasons until April 24, 2026. During this period, breakfasts for all guests of the Victoria Hotel will be organized in the adjacent building, the Victoria SPA Hotel, located at 59A Pobediteley Avenue.

The aqua zone of the Spa-Estetik center at the Victoria SPA Hotel, located 200 m from the Victoria Hotel, will be closed for sanitary maintenance every first or second Monday of the month.
