I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Housekeeping by Room attendant Azarudden was outstanding – the room was spotless every day, the bed perfectly made, fresh towels provided, and those little thoughtful touches really made a difference. A special mention to the housekeeping supervisor, Shaon Miah, whose attention to detail and professionalism clearly set the standard for such excellent service. The whole property, including the common areas, was kept immaculate, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A place where you truly feel taken care of – I’ll definitely be coming back!
