With the help of Universal Staff we booked over the phone as they can package and save as we had so many questions. We chose Dockside for size and price. You don’t spend much time in the rooms. We were super lucky and our room was ready as we had a super early flight to be able to get a full day at the park our travel day. Starbucks and a food court was perfect for breakfast and late food and bevs till 11. Busses to both parks were a breeze. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Will definitely plan our next trip during cooler temps. Wonderful Vacation.
