This was my second 2 week visit to Universal Endless Summer, coming from Ireland. It's been 18 months since I last was there and having read some reviews about noise and other things, I was concerned but I cannot rate my stay again anything but 5 stars. Everything from the moment we arrived was perfect. Every single person who we met staff wise was so polite, some of whom we met when the kids were dressed up for Halloween and they went out of their way to really say they loved their outfits etc which made their day. Our family room was perfect, we had zero issues whatsoever with noise. Everything was so clean. Our beds were really comfortable. The housekeeping came every single day. The food downstairs in the restaurant/cafe area is very tasty with loads of variety. Really and truly I have no complaints & already cannot wait to return at some stage in 2026 for our third visit as I will without doubt be choosing Endless Summer again!
