Amazing hotel beautiful scenery. Tina the front desk lady at nite was amazing she was always so helpful took time to handle any problem and she was very attentive to your need. The only down side of this property is that they charge for ice. There is no ice machines thru out the property, room service has to bring it to you and they finish at 11:30pm. It's a 60 Baht for ice to be your room. At breakfast we tried to fill up our cup with juice and was told if we leaving the dining room it would be 100 Baht
