We just finished checking in very late after a long, miserable travel day. Our day immediately changed when we walked into this beautiful Sheraton hotel. Not only is the hotel itself magnificent, but our first interaction was with Umer at the front desk, who kindly treated us with the care he sensed we needed. Yucef, who assisted with our bags was very helpful, compassionate and gave a lot of useful information. These two individuals made us feel so welcome and so special, that they deserve recognition. Now I can hardly wait what tomorrow will bring in this delightful hotel! Well done!
